Terms of Use

01Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep to one account per person.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

02Community Standards

You agree not to:

• Use a display name or profile photo that is offensive, hateful, sexual, violent, discriminatory, or that impersonates someone else.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users, including by repeatedly sending duel challenges to someone who doesn't want them.
• Post or share anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Spam other users, or use the App for advertising or commercial solicitation.
• Try to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with how the App works.

03Reporting & Blocking

If someone breaks these standards, you can report or block them from inside the App:

• Report: On the Rankings tab, tap the user and choose Report. On a duel or duel invite, tap the ⋯ button and choose Report. Reports are anonymous: the reported user isn't told who reported them.
• Block: Use Block in the same places. A blocked user can't challenge you to duels, you won't see each other on leaderboards, you won't get notifications about each other, and any open duel between you is cancelled. You can unblock people in Profile → Blocked Users.

04Moderation & Enforcement

We review reports as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If content or behavior breaks these Terms, we may, at our discretion and without notice:

• Replace an inappropriate display name with a neutral one, or remove a profile photo.
• Cancel duels, or remove a user from challenges and leaderboards.
• Suspend or permanently ban the account of the user responsible.

We may also act on content we find ourselves, without a report.

05Fair Play

Rankings, duels, and challenges only work if everyone plays fair. Don't fake reps, tamper with the AI Tracker, use automated tools, or share accounts to boost results. We may reset stats or remove accounts involved in cheating.

07Subscriptions & Purchases

• Push-Up Academy Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

08Your Content

You own your display name, profile photo, and workout data. You give us permission to store, display, and process them so we can run the App (for example, to show your name and photo on leaderboards). This permission ends when you delete your account, except where we need to keep information for legal reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.

09Our Content

The App, including its design, graphics, ranks, achievements, and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell it.

10Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we're required to for legal reasons.

11Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that rep counts will always be accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury that results from exercise. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
• Apple isn't responsible for handling any claims about the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
• You confirm that you aren't located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you aren't on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and can enforce them against you.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent it doesn't conflict with these Terms.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" above, and we'll tell you in the App about significant changes. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14Contact Us
